Haven't worked out in a long time and I found this class great. Not boring, thanks to the reps you feel your muscles working out hard. I will be back tomorrow.

I found this class a bit boring and repetitive - I've never been so demotivated during a class, so much so that I was just going to stop halfway through. I think Joanne's classes are better. The only part of this I enjoyed was the ab and press up bit at the end. Having said that, if you love cardio kickbox, then I'm sure you'll like this class.

Excellent kickboxing class! Good sequences of kicks and punches. For me, this is the most challenging of the kickboxing classes on this site. The plyometrics moves are great. Would like more of them! My only complaint with this class is that my heart rate doesn't go up as much as I'd like (would like a few more high-impact moves), but I find that to be true of all kickboxing classes (I get a better cardio workout in Hi/Low or Step). But it's a good full-body workout, challenging for arms as well as legs. It also has a full warm-up and cool-down with abs/pushups at the end. I find the push-ups to be especially challenging and can barely make it through all 3 sets!

I liked her use of plyometrics, but I think I like the other cardio kickboxing classes more. This was not as advanced as I thought it would be.

Perfect blend of punches and legs to keep you going hard. Has a full warm up and cool down, along with abs. Great!

This was one of the best classes on here. Challenging and not too hoppy, although I don't mind jumping can be bad for people w/knee issues. Thanks!
