Cute way to use a beach ball! Really enjoyed the class, though I guess I did it as a Fall Toneup instead of Summer... :-) Really liked the inner-thigh work. Some unique workout moves. Just wish it were longer or else more exercises and no pause between sets. It's fun though, thanks. :-)
