Really enjoy this workout - I have a little ballet experience so it wasn't hard to follow. The instructor is fun and encouraging - and my arms and legs feel much longer afterwards!

I loved the music and enjoyed the class but noticed that she did not work both sides evenly. I found the centre work difficult due to lack of room. I would like to see a class with more intensive barre work and stretches

I do love the ballet classes because it is a great way to get some of your classic pilates basics into a format that is both fun and energetic. I would definitely like to see more of these types of classes.

Loved it! I've always wanted to take ballet, this is a great introduction,it was easy enough to follow but still challenging for this beginner! Hope there are many more ballet classes to come!

Enjoyed Kristen and her class...I am a former ballerina and now teach dance classes. This class was easy enough for brand new beginners and though not terribly challenging for pros, it does help with balance and centering if you need to work on that and I do :) Looking forward to more classes in this genre.
