Great beginner treadmill class. I like that you can adjust your speed on your own; that way as you continue to improve you can make this more challenging.

I was very emotional before this class. Then I told myself to not feel sorry for myself and get my butt on the treadmill. I feel 100% better. Joanne was very intuitive and filled with information about how to work your treadmill. LOVED IT!!! ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR JOANNE.
