Good challenging workout, fast pace. I agree with other posters that a little more time is needed to get into position. I would recommend watchng it first and practising a few of the trickier moves like The Plank before you dive in and do it. Definitely doing it again!

This is a seriously intense class. Alternating at high speed between high-impact aerobics and fast-paced floorwork. Not for the faint of heart. Very serious cardio workout with strengthening also. Wouldn't mind if there was a *little* more time to get into some of the trickier floorwork (like side planks), but the pace is the big challenge. Great instructor. Thanks!

EXCELLENT WORK-OUT! a very doable challenge. EXCELLENT INSTRUCTOR. She provides a perfect blend of push and rest. By far my favorite session and most revered instructor. Hit It . Love It . Work It!

I stopped halfway because the class was frustrating for me, not in its difficulty, but in the fast paced tempo that never allowed time to explain. It was so hard to follow. The teacher seems good and gives good form, though.
