I love Joanne and this delivers a tough workout fast. Since it is mostly legs, your heartrate stays up. I would have liked more burn for the arms. For me the moves were too fast. I like to keep up and not move slower. It will be one to work up to.

Joanne is excellent. This was a really thorough workout which is great if you don't have a lot of time. Obviously it isn't strictly a cardio workout (although your heart rate will increase!) so I think this would be goosd to do after a 20 min cardio class to get a complete workout. Ii think I used some leg muscles I didn't even know I had doing this class!
