Excellent class! I have 3 sets of dumbbells (3 lb, 5 lb., 8 lb.) and ended up using all of them at different times. The workout was very challenging and enjoyable.

Excellent workout for upper body. A bit challenging for me during the push up sections but I can work on that. I really liked Shirleys clear instructions and fast pace.

This was quite the challenge. This video goes through a methodical workout of the various areas of the upper body. I like the amount of reps that she had me do. I find a workout video without enough reps leaves me hanging. I like to feel the "burn".
