This is one of the best classes for my hotel room workouts. I travel over 50% and need workouts you can do in a 4X4 area. The class was brief (30 minutes) but intense. It was awesome!

Great high-low class! Easy to follow but very intense. I'm traveling at the moment, and this was great since it requires no equipment.

This is a good work out in terms of getting a sweat up. But she changes her movements too quickly and not giving enough preparation time for us.
