This is one of the best classes for my hotel room workouts. I travel over 50% and need workouts you can do in a 4X4 area. The class was brief (30 minutes) but intense. It was awesome!

Great high-low class! Easy to follow but very intense. I'm traveling at the moment, and this was great since it requires no equipment.

This is a good work out in terms of getting a sweat up. But she changes her movements too quickly and not giving enough preparation time for us.

As with all comments, really great workout and moves are not so challenging or confusing. She was way out of sync with the music the last 8 or so minutes, but other than that, the workout was great!

Good, intermediate hi-lo workout. Can be a little repetitive for the short attention span types like me, but the instruction was good and energetic.
