great for a gentle warm-up or a cool-down after a hard cardio workout

I thought this was a good warm up. and I enjoyed the instructor. The first time I did it, I was a little frustrated by the camera work. It seemed the camera wasn't always focused on what was being added to the move (i.e focusing on feet while we were adding arms) But a good warm up I will do again.

I love the instructor's energy coupled with the music! The reminders about positioning are very helpful. It reminds me to keep my ads in and chest up during the day. That's a big boost for a 51 year old lady's posture. Keep up the good work Jennifer.

Excellent warm up. I'd never done any of those movements before so I had a hard time keeping up, but it was still an excellent class.

Fantastic warmup, it went by quickly (I thought it was five minutes and was surprised to notice it was ten at the end!). Her voice is very pleasant. Most warm ups are almost too easy and slow but this one was perfect--not too fast, not too slow. I'm already sweating!
