My favorite instructor. I love how she incorporates high-impact options, so that the class is more accessible to folks of all levels. I like the music choices as well, and it is easy to switch between her classes b/c alot of the moves are the same.

I love this class: great music which keeps you going and pushes you coz it's so much fun, especially as you can hear it properly and good combination of steps. Great workout!!
