This instructor does a fine job of adding enough variety so the time just flies! Its just challenging enough (first time doing this class) to keep it interesting.

My favorite instructor. I love how she incorporates high-impact options, so that the class is more accessible to folks of all levels. I like the music choices as well, and it is easy to switch between her classes b/c alot of the moves are the same.
