I've had a good amount of cardio experience, so I was a little hesitant to do this class at first, but it was really fun! Great for beginners as well!

Great instructor, great light cardio class! Footwork is well designed and the combination is fun. I wish there was a little more work for the arms, but overall it's a great class.

Great beginner workout, and great for those days when you are "too tired" to work out, and is EASY to up the intensity when you start to realize that you weren't really all that tired...

I enjoyed the class and the instructor. I haven't worked out in a while, so this got my heart pumping! There is no cool-down included, so you should plan ahead so you'll know which one to take immediately afterwards.
