My favorite instructor. I love how she incorporates high-impact options, so that the class is more accessible to folks of all levels. I like the music choices as well, and it is easy to switch between her classes b/c alot of the moves are the same.

I love this class: great music which keeps you going and pushes you coz it's so much fun, especially as you can hear it properly and good combination of steps. Great workout!!

Great instructor, great light cardio class! Footwork is well designed and the combination is fun. I wish there was a little more work for the arms, but overall it's a great class.

I enjoyed the class and the instructor. I haven't worked out in a while, so this got my heart pumping! There is no cool-down included, so you should plan ahead so you'll know which one to take immediately afterwards.

Simple and to the point! It added enough different steps and combos to keep it interesting but wasn't so complicated that it made you frustrated. I will definitely do this one again. She also gives tips on how to up the intensity with your arms if you feel you're not working hard enough.

I really appreciate her honesty in all of her videos: if she needs a drink, she gets it, if she is sore, she tells you, if even she is having a difficult time with a move she will let you know. This is refreshing as many instructors go like machines!
