I joined last week & these 5 minute workouts are great & easy to stick with. I like the music in this one which helps to motivate me.

This is great! I have gotten back to working out again after some surgeries and this is amazing! I can really feel it, yet her style of teaching as well as the music motivates you to at least finish the work out. After a little over a week and monitoring my food intake, I am noticing results! This excites me more and I feel I'm getting stronger. I hope to be able to do 10 minute abs in the near future and build upon my current results. At my height and weight, I need to lose at least 20 pounds to be in my healthy weight range. I believe that if I continue with these workouts at least 5 days a week and eat well, I will achieve my weight loss goal as well as transform my appearance and increase my strength!

I've completely replaced ab work at the gym with this routine. Wow! You definitely feel it the next day.

Phew! What an intense and quick ab workout. I think I will be feeling this one for a few days! I am just starting beginner abs and this was easy to follow, hard (made me groan a bit) and pleasantly quick thank goodness, I could not have done more than 5 minutes! I loved it!
