Instructor seemed awkward in her interaction. In classes at gyms, the instructor typically does the moves in a mirror image of the participants, so it was little confusing at first when I noticed she was moving to her right when she said right, etc. Overall good warm up.

Warmed up lower body but did not hit upper enough. Core stretch should always be included as well as lower back stretch.

I did this just before Body Sculpt 1. Very good warm up for the leg exercises. I do wish the stretches at the end were held for a little while longer.
