I found the intensity of the workout to be OK for a beginner, but as someone who is new to step, I found the choreography difficult to follow. It would have been better if the instructor had slowed down the first time she performed each move so I could watch her and figure out what I was supposed to be doing.

For a beginner step class it could have been more condusice to beginners. The instructor had enthusiasm, but there was too much "pounding" of the legs & knees on the bench. More like an intermedicate to advance class

This was really only ok. I am not the most coordinated person so I need lots of help. Her cueing is good in the beginning, but it slowly gets worse as she starts to get chatty around 12 minutes. I stopped around 15 minutes because of her late to nonexistant cueing. I kept getting lost. I need cueing the whole time, this isa beginnig workout after all.

I enjoyed this workout, but I have done a lot of step, and I don't think it was really suitable for beginners.

I'm a beginner and I had a hard time following, changing the steps frequently, plus all the turns made me dizzy.

I like her choreography, but her instructions are very hard to follow. I consider myself a "good" stepper, and I had a hard time following this "beginner" class. But, again, the choreography is creative and I like it.

Cueing was poor. But if you learn it, it will keep your heart rate up. This is really a beginner workout. Low impact and easy to do.
