Great quick workout! Good to do with another cardio class for a tough wo. This is one of those classes that you dread to do because you know it is tough, but love to do because it gets easier and does end!

Joanne Blackerby is one of those instructors that I DON'T find myself screaming at when I'm in pain from an exercise. Being cartilage-challenged in my knees, I REALLY hate lunges, but LOVE her tiered side kicks - nice workout.
