I really like this excercise with alot of action & movement. Tough but I hung in there. Thanks, CK

It's a good workout; I agree with other comments...too much time on warm-up and wish it was longer.

Wish it was a true 20 minutes but great quick cardio that gets your heart rate going and it's fun to follow

Only 17 minute long (NOT 20), and only about 10 of that is actual cardio work.

For the time, it's good if you are in a time crunch, or if you want to break up your cardio during the day (would be great & quick for AM before work, school, etc) but I think an additional cardio would be needed later on.

Great quick workout! Is short, but great for the length. I do wish that Joanne would do a longer version!

It is a great workout but I agree - We need some more hi/low with at least 30 minutes.

The workout is good. But don't plan on 20 minutes of cardio. There is about 5 minutes of warm-up at the beginning and then 3 minutes of cool down at the end and it is only 17 minutes long. We need some more hi/low with at least 30 minutes. I would like some plyometrics in a high/low workout.

Very few sophisticated moves, great way to get your heart rate up. Towards the end, it could have been a little better, but I would do this workout again.
