I recently completed several months of physical therapy for neck and shoulder pain related to weak postural muscles. Part of it was 15 minutes of massage and stretching done by the therapist. This routine does a lot of the same stretching movements that my therapist did. It really works the tightness out of my neck and feels SO good!
