A series of simple, uncomplicated steps designed to get your heart rate moving.  The addition of hand weights in this class makes it a more challenging workout than the Walk Aerobics 1 class.

Oh no JOannnnneeee! Not you too! Yet another example if videos where the instructor is not in sync with the beat of the music. This is not her best work out - normally hers are great.

Sorry, but to me, this was a trainwreck! Not at all up to Joanne's usual standards. Completely off beat with the music which made it very hard to follow. Made me wonder if she wasn't hearing the music. Wish it could be re-mixed.

I have having knee problems, and needed to find a series of low impact but "sweat provoking" routines. Leave it to Joanne Blackerby and Demand Fitness to find just "what the doctor ordered!". Great class.
