Short and quick but this is a great "add-on" exercises after you've done a total body strength workout and want to finish up by targeting areas. Increase weights and feel the burn!

This is a short, fast paced chest workout. Make sure you find a weight that's challenging enough, but that lets you complete the whole five minutes.
