I get home at night and don't have much time to work out - the 5 minute workouts are great - they energize me and keep me going for the rest of the evening - very clear and precise instructions and easy to follow! Love'em! Keep'em coming!

This was definatly not too easy, but it is also not so long and intense that I couldn't do the entire session. I love being able to mix and match shorter work outs so that I can build up my endurance before working my way into the longer ones.
