She is a great instructor. I travel a lot with my job and this workout is great to do since I don't need any weights but just my body. Make sure you don't eat anything before the class since there is a lot of jumping involved.

I love this workout, I just combinded it with a short Aerobics class to cool down... Aerobics was like a brisk walk compared to Bootcamp :-) Nice variations as well, this is fun all the way through.

The instructor keeps it interesting and it moves fairly quickly. Pacing and cueing is off sometimes. It would help to be able to hear the music better.
