In the beginning, it was kind of slow. But then it got better :) I did this one after the advanced step 1 (to make it an hour) and I burned about 600 calories together.

Great cueing! Melinda gets you going through the routine early instead of doing the same thing over and over. A good transition class from beginner to intermediate-easy to make an advanced class with modifications if you know them.

I really liked this one. Most times easy to follow, a quicky for in between. Luvely. Wished there were more step classes here though.

Nice cueing. Phrasing was a little off in the beginning, but she got back on beat quickly. I would consider this more an intermediate level.
