Great, relaxing stretch.. she allows you to work at your own comfort level, and she holds the stretches fairly long, which I like.

Good class for beginners. This is the first time I've seen an exercise instructor actually do stretching the correct way (as a former ballet dancer, it's rare to see people in fitness pay the proper attention to stretching that they should). Everyone should do this class after exercising! For the person who said they spent too much time in the straddle position: this is exactly the stretching that will help your back and legs, just do it gently.
