this is more of a beginner introductory class. I had a hard time getting my heart-rate up. It would be fun if i wasn't looking for a good cardio workout.

This class seemed really introductory to me...not intermediate as it was titled. It was very slow at times, and my heart rate only got up for a very small amount of the time. I wish there was a more typical cardio dance class.
