This is a great 30 min workout. I didn't have a step but I was able to do my own variations... You definitely get a full body workout with plenty of cardio.

Great class and instructor. I agree with Sara. Good class for all levels since the instructor shows different intensity levels for each exercise.

I think this class combines a little from each type of class that I like: cardio kickboxing, step, some abwork, biceps, and some bootcamp. it's must do!
