Really easy to follow and was ideal for me as im trying to regain my lost fitness! Worked up a sweat but didn't leave me ready for collapsing by the end. Will definatly do this one again.

Great class! I've always loved the shorter walking workout by Cyndi R. here at Demand, so it's great to have a longer version now. Not only do I get a great cardio workout, but this class is good for the arms too!

I love this work out. It's really hard, but I can do it because there's nothing difficult in the moves. Very easy to follow. Plus, Joanne is EXCELLENT. She's an excellent motivator, has a great voice, and uses great banter to keep you going.
