she is a good insructor really knows her stuff good intense kickboxing segment she works up a good sweat and he stetches you pretty good

Good for a beginner to kickboxing. if you are more advanced you can "Blackerby" this class to make it more intense.

Great class. I like the pace of it - fast enough to keep my heart rate up but slow enough that I felt in control of my moves. Plus, I liked the music.
