Ready to try something different to strengthen your core (abs, thighs, glutes, and lower back)?  This balance training class will teach you challenging ways to work on your core muscles simply by trying to maintain your balance.  Warning: this is not as easy as it sounds!

Some good moments, but, for me, it was just OK overall. The first 7 or 8 minutes were really strange..reminded me of someone taking a sobriety test! Preview led me to believe that the ball would be used a lot, but it's not.
