I always enjoy Karls ab classes, this one is s little tough on the neck, that flat lifting with legs straight,kind of dangerous I think. All and all good for abs but needs some refinement. The music didn't bother me at all.

is there anyway to turn off that music? it was terribly distracting. I muted my laptop but then compromised the workout. the music is too loud-I prefer to hear the instructor, not the music. This is why I stopped taking classes at the gym. If anyone cares-I vote for no music on any of these classes. Give us users the option to hear music. On the positive side, it was a good ab workout and it was nice to see a guy instructor!
