Challenging and engaging flow of exercises for the road or at home. If you use a heavy enough weight you'll really feel the benefit of this class!

Loved this workout. He is an excellent instructor who is easy to follow. The workout is fluid with easy transitions between sets. I also appreciated the extensive reps that made me feel like I did work after 25 minutes. This is the best upper body workout I have found so far! Keep them coming.
