This was a great quick relaxation. I used it after exercising but I think I would definitely use it alone at the end of the day, etc.

I'm not sure what this has to do with flexibility, but for relaxation this is a must. By the end of it I think I was so relaxed I started to fall asleep. This would be great to do before bed.

If you want stetching/flexibility in your cool down, this is not it. The instructor puts you in "corpse pose" for most of the segment. Nice way to transition after a good stretch.
