I do agree with most of all of the other comments... I went ahead and made it more challenging from the get go, by using jumping jacks instead of the mambo/chacha, jog instead of marching, and constantly swinging my arms in all moves, which actually makes it a bit more challenging. Nice to do on a "tired" day for certain!

The class just was not challenging. I tried to stick it out for the duration but stopped after 21 mintues. The instructor is nice but the format lacked creativity - too boring.

A fun and different class that holds your interest for the full 38-mins, however this is not the most challenging class and is probably best suited for a strong beginner. More advanced folks might like it as something to do on a day when they are feeling tired but still want to get some work done.
