you will get your heart rate up in this class but it is a little dull. I enjoy dance, kickboxing and step classes much more. I get tired of doing a ton of squats and lunges.

I have to agree with Linda, this was a long one for me but Im really pleased with how Melinda varied the routine and counted through each movement. I like really well structured classes and this certainly is. The music is good and the movements very manageable.

A great workout that lets you pace yourself. I do not have the stamina to sustain an aerobic level for long, but this workout breaks the exercise into perfect intervals. It feels so good to actually be able to finish this class!
