The fit ball is one of my favorite exercise tools! Joanne's classes are always great. This is perfect when I'm crunched for time but want a good overall workout.

This was my first try at a fitball class, bought the ball just to do this. This was challenging enough for a first class and she gives a lot of information about how to use the ball correctly to avoid injury. I feel like my abs and legs got a really great workout. My arms tend to be pretty strong so I didn't find the arm routine to be challenging enough, though I liked the pushups on the ball! Great class.

I'm just getting back into shape and I thought this workout would be too easy. Not true! Joanne lead me through a simple but very effective workout. And her instructions were very easy to follow.
