I had been avoiding this cardio kickbox class because of all the negative comments about it, BUT it really gets your heart rate up. She does move fast, and as for her being off beat, I listen to other music as I am working out anyways that is louder than what it on the video (I can still hear her cues), so that was not an issue for me! Will be back! I also liked that it seemed more cardio based and less "strength" based....

This is my third workout with demand fitness. Valerie did not explain moves soon enough and so you are trying to catch up alot of the time. She was also off beat and very fast, which made it hard to follow. The moves that were explained and done, were good.

This was a challenging workout if you are not used to aerobics. I was sweating and felt it all over my body. But I couldn't keep up with some of her moves, it was like she worked out and then added the music.
