I love this class: great music which keeps you going and pushes you coz it's so much fun, especially as you can hear it properly and good combination of steps. Great workout!!

I've had a good amount of cardio experience, so I was a little hesitant to do this class at first, but it was really fun! Great for beginners as well!

Great instructor, great light cardio class! Footwork is well designed and the combination is fun. I wish there was a little more work for the arms, but overall it's a great class.
