This is an excellent cool down. She gives you a quick stretch of every muscle and brings the heart rate down. The only issue is that some workouts say they are a certain length, but the cool down is already in them. While others don't have a cool down. So you can't plan ahead unless you already know what the video has in it.

i only wish you would put the cooldown right with the exercise vidio, because when your searching for a cool down vidio your resting your heart as you look then you start up again to cool down
