Warm up got me going. Great for the length of time. Instructor tells you what you will be doing. Easy to follow. I'm just a beginner but this was best warm up so far.

Hi Joanne-Oh Boy, this feels really good for my warm up also after a long hard day working in the yard or just a bad day, I also like this excercise for a short excercise when I don't have time for my full workouts.I hope other's try this. Thank you, CK

I am definitely warm! Nice progression. I would have liked a little focus on the lower back, even for cardio.
