I didn't really care for the chanting stuff, but I did enjoy the different poses. Apparently the philosophy of Kundalini Yoga is an important part of the class.

Katie is a good instructor for me as a beginner. She prompts well and has a soothing voice, but not cheesy. She is informative and thorough. I feel instantly better about my depression after Yoga & Meditation.

I initially wanted to do more of a stretching yoga. I was really tense from my workout yesterday, weight lifting and running. I was patient with this video, I now feel.. lighter, more relaxed and less stressed both mentally and physically.
