This class was challenging and I was very relaxed afterwards. Great cool down/meditation exercise at the end. Words of the instructor were very soothing.

A lot better than the yoga tapes that I have at home. This is stimulating and I feel better after doing it jus tlike my old yoga class.

These are unique poses, very good for strengthening, unusual sequences for a yoga class. Her meditations at the end are great, but the pace of them could be slowed down. The music is really good.
