Adaptive Seated Yoga 2

Adaptive yoga modifies traditional yoga poses for individuals living with or recovering from chronic illness or injury.  All postures are done in a seated position in order to gently stimulate the body.  This class is also good for office workers or those simply looking for an alternative yoga option.
