Great class! I had never tried yoga before I signed on to Demand Fitness, and now I love it! All of the Hatha yoga classes are a regular part of my fitness routine, and the part I look forward to the most!

Without a doubt...the best 27 minutes of my day! I love the 40 minute routine, but this is a great time saving alternative. Good blend of balance, flexibility and breathing work.
