I do love the ballet classes because it is a great way to get some of your classic pilates basics into a format that is both fun and energetic. I would definitely like to see more of these types of classes.

Loved it! I've always wanted to take ballet, this is a great introduction,it was easy enough to follow but still challenging for this beginner! Hope there are many more ballet classes to come!

Enjoyed Kristen and her class...I am a former ballerina and now teach dance classes. This class was easy enough for brand new beginners and though not terribly challenging for pros, it does help with balance and centering if you need to work on that and I do :) Looking forward to more classes in this genre.

The class was good, as a former dancer and instructor i could see areas of improvement. Reminder of placement would have been good and also paying attention to keeping both sides of the body working evenly.
