Great class for stretching and focus. My back was tight and after this class it felt great and had released. Good instruction.

This is great yoga class that anybody can do from beginner on up. I enjoy Sara's instruction style, she doesn't have any weird quirks alot of yoga teachers think they need and I look forward to other classes from her.

The stretches are very good and safely executed. It's an excellent introduction to yoga poses for beginners, but I gave this class four instead of five stars because the instructor doesn't talk much about breathing, and breath is the essence of yoga. Otherwise, it's excellent.

Perfect! Just the kind of yoga class I've been looking for. There is no excess "banter" that gets old after the third or fourth viewing. The teacher gives concise reminders about form, which are very helpful when you're doing this at home.
