These classes are specifically designed for the beginner exerciser. Please note that your fitness level could be advanced in certain categories and beginner in others. For instance, an avid runner may be an Advanced Cardio participant, but a Beginner Flexibility participant.
Someone who is returning to exercise after a long period of inactivity or someone who has been recommended to exercise in a mild manner due to health conditions would want to choose from Beginner classes to start with.
