Advanced: These are more challenging classes that are progressed to from the Intermediate level. These are also for participants who are very consistent exercisers and are in excellent or athlete level physical condition. Please note that your fitness level could be advanced in certain categories and beginner in others. For instance, an avid runner may be an Advanced Cardio participant but a Beginner Flexibility participant.
