Cindi is a nationally certified group fitness instructor with over 25 years experience. After receiving her bachelor of fine arts degree in dance, she became a natural for the dance-styled fitness classes of the 80's. Once plagued with various health and asthma/allergy related issues as a child, aerobics became the "tonic" for feeling and looking good for the first time in her life! In 1992, she became one of the first nationally certified personal trainers in the state of Texas. Cindi turned to fitness as a full time career at that time and has since developed a reputation for her ability to make her classes and personal training sessions seriously silly and fun. She believes that having fun is the key to exercise retention and success. |
Shirley, a breast cancer survivor since 1989, has been in the Fitness industry for 34 years, supporting individuals towards reaching their fitness goals. Shirley began her career in fine arts specializing in Ballet, Tap and Jazz. During her career she has been affiliated with many fitness companies. She holds multiple certifications, such as Aerobic Fitness Association of America, which certifies her in Group Fitness and Personal Training; Les Mills International, to conduct classes in weight, aerobic, step and dance training; Deep South Alliance Yoga certification; and the ISCA Kick Boxing certification. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.
