Welcome to the demandFITNESS Get Moving! Program
  
Are you interested in starting an exercise program but don't know where to start?  Then join us in our professionally-designed Get Moving! program.  This program is targeted at individuals who have little to no experience with exercising on a regular basis.  This 8-week program focuses on providing you a healthy method for beginning an exercise program simply by participating in our fun and entertaining fitness classes.

Ready to get started?  Then make a note of today's date and start with Week 1 below.  At the beginning of each week, view the short video that will help explain the goals for that week.  Then, review the class selection list and begin taking your classes for that week.  Have fun!
